All stamps are sold with a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with a stamp lot return it within 14 days for a full refund.  However, all returns must be returned in the same condition as received. Extensions for refunds are allowed for expert certificates. However, no stamps will be accepted back under any circumstances after six months of the auction closing date. Shipping fees are not refundable, unless a lot is not described properly.  Expert Certificates: If you wish to obtain a expert certificate for a stamp or cover we must be notified within 7 days from purchase and before submission to an expert committee.  After notification we will contact the buyer via email to finalize details such as the expert committee for the certificate. We will only pay for a certificate up to $50 for a stamp that does not come back as described from for the following reasons; 1.) identification to Scott catalogue number 2.) condition includes gum and faults. Certificates can be obtained from a reputable expertizing committee APEX, PF, and PSE approved by us in advance. Extensions for refunds are allowed for expert certificates (except those that are less than 5 years old).
